Placing An Order

If you would like to place an order, you can do it with our Shop also by e-mail, phone, or fax. If placing a credit card order, please call or fax with the credit card information (we don't have a secure server). We will then let you know what items are still available, and arrangements can be made for payment and shipping. It is always helpful to go ahead and give us your shipping information right away (so we can quote an appropriate shipping rate, and process your order quicker). If paying by credit card, we suggest that you send us a fax(0049/8856/939240) with that particular information (we do not have a secure server).  All orders and inquiries are responded to a soon as possible (almost always within 48 hours).

Reserving Items

It is absolutely necessary to reserve items before sending in any form of payment! Since we specialize in out of print and hard to find items, our stock is extremely limited. Many times we will only have 1 or 2 copies of a particular item in stock. We will hold reserved items for up to 10 days. This policy is firm! This again has to do with our limited stock on hand, and the demand for it. Adding items to an already reserved order does not extend the hold time of the first order.

Bezahlung nur gegen Vorkasse (per Bankeinzug, Visa- oder Mastercard, Paypal, Scheck, Bar per Einschreiben, oder als Postanweisung)

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES

All orders must be paid in advance. You can pay with Master- or Visa-Card, Paypal or please send cheques( € only, drawn on a German Bank); IMO´s (International Money Order) or cash in a registered envelope.

We do not recommend sending cash! Experience has taught us that the various postal services around the world (this includes the German postal service) can be at worst dishonest, and at best unreliable. If you send cash, PLEASE do so by registered mail (so we will have to sign for it).

Target Records is not responsible for payments lost or stolen in the mail.

Information Regarding Credit Card Purchases

If you are paying by credit card (and your credit card billing address is different from your shipping address), we must also have your credit card billing address in order to run your card. This is required by our  credit card company. We also need your full name as it appears on the card. Please have this information ready when you order. If your credit card billing address is the same as your mailing address, please disregard the previous instructions. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this policy.

Returns

We will accept returns only for defective merchandise. Please be 100% sure of your order! We cannot accept a return because you did not like an item, changed your mind about an item, or ordered an item that you already had. We will exchange defective items only for another copy of the same item! If a replacement copy is not available, we will issue a refund, or credit your charge card (depending on how you paid for your order). We will not exchange an item for a different title. Please contact us before sending back a return. At that time, you will be issued a return authorization number. Please include this number with any correspondence. Failure to secure a return authorization number number will delay processing of your return. Returns must be made within 14 days of the invoice date.

Miscellaneous Information

Our Prices are without German Tax because used CD`s succumb  special Tax rules in Germany.
